What employers ask us first.

How long from signed contract to workers on site?
Typically 6–10 weeks depending on country, role and visa route. For pre-approved source countries the fast track can complete in 5 weeks.
What countries can you deploy workers into?
Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Italy, Portugal, Romania and Bosnia are our primary destinations. Other EU countries on request — we advise if the route is realistic before you commit.
Who covers flights, accommodation and permits?
By default we coordinate the entire deployment package and invoice it transparently as part of the per-placement fee. Self-managed options are available for employers with existing infrastructure.
Do candidates speak English? Local language?
Every candidate is English-graded (A1–C2) before shortlisting and the level appears on their profile. Local-language speakers are available for certain source countries — flag it in your brief.
What happens if a worker leaves early?
All placements come with a 90-day replacement guarantee. If a worker leaves within 90 days for reasons on our side, we source a replacement at no additional placement fee.
Can we start with a small pilot batch?
Yes. Many employers start with 2–4 placements as a pilot before scaling. We size the commercial terms to match — no volume minimum to begin.
